Immersing yourself in nature does wonders for your health. It allows your brain to rest, increases creativity, boosts your immune system, improves your memory and best of all, reduces stress.

For this reason, more than half our resort area is dedicated to open spaces and forested land. Not only does this surround us with the harmonious sounds of nature, it gives our guests the opportunity to wander and appreciate our natural environment.

You will find a map near our yoga shala to help guide you and there are trail entrances near our spa and organic garden. Hidden treasures await you along the trails – hand carved swings, a bench with a view, our umbrella school forest cabana with comfy hammocks, along with countless gifts from the wild. Take the time to explore and see for yourself how a dose of nature can improve both your mood and your life!

To make your experience more enjoyable, we recommend using sunscreen and insect repellent, as well as bringing along a reusable water bottle. Walking sticks are available upon request.

Always remain on the trails. Be aware that animals such as ants, bees, spiders and snakes may be present, although they are rarely a problem for our guests. Respect their space, and keep the peace.
